Inverness Farmers’ Market takes place on the first Saturday of each month on the High Street and the Eastgate between 9 am and 6 pm. A fine array of fresh local produce is on sale at the market. Fine cheeses, bread and baked goods, eggs, locally reared meet, fish, smoked goods, pickles, jams and preserves, fruit and vegetables and other examples of top quality Highland produce are available. Adding to the friendly atmosphere is the ceilidh music, performed from 12 – 2.00pm.
Many of the Inverness Farmers’ Market stall holders also supply several of our Inverness B&B and guest house members, who take great pride in being able to serve their guests the best of Highland products. For a great Scottish breakfast, book your Highland accommodation with one of our featured Inverness Guest House Association members!
